Rebecca Gavney Driscoll is a native of WI.    She earned her Associated of Arts degree from the UW System.    She has been illustrating for thirty years and has enjoyed developing her skill through various projects.

She has illustrated four children's books and an extensive variety of greeting cards, and she has created rubber stamp designs for various companies.    She is now working on her own greeting card line called, "Becky's Art-Is-Tree," which comprises intricate designs of trees and flowers, reflecting her love of nature.  She's also experimenting with cards that 'tell a story' with a painted scene on the outside of a card, and a deeper interior 'peek' within that scene on the inside.    Her favorite medium is watercolor .

She volunteers at the local Botanical Gardens where she applies her artistic skill in painting benches situated throughout the garden's landscape.   Her artwork is displayed and can be purchased in the Gardens Gift Shop.    When not painting or volunteering, she enjoys puttering in her own garden at home.
